Tuesday Update - Downtime Announced for Update 3, No More +1 Weapons in DDO Store
Hi everyone! Couple of things to pass along:
Downtime Announced:
As expected, Wednesday will indeed be the day for Update 3 to hit the DDO:U live servers. Here's teh word from Tarrant:
Sounds good! Should be lots of fun. No word from anyone at Codemasters about when Update 3 might be coming to Europe.
DDO Store/+1 Weapons:
Tolero has officially announced that Turbine is indeed getting rid of +1 weapons from the DDO Store. She writes on the DDO.com boards today:
Can't say I'm surprised. Save your TP for something else!

The DDO Game Servers will be brought down on Wednesday, February 3 from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Eastern (-5 GMT) to launch the latest content update, Update 3. Lamannia will remain up and available during the downtime. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you back in the game soon!

As of Tuesday, February 2nd 2010, all +1 Weapons in the DDO Store have been discontinued, and are no longer available for purchase. For more information about available DDO Store offers, be sure to visit the DDO Store Catalog!
