Mod 5 Update (with pictures)
Hi everyone! So, Mod 5 went live to servers today. Update went fine, no problems getting logged in. I only got the chance to wander around the Orchard and run (and fail) the Tomb of the Tormented. The Tomb quest was....interesting. People who like puzzles (think Myst, or mousetrap) will like this one. For the rest, it's tough. Once you figure out the logic behind the puzzles, it will be a lot easier, but for the uninitiated...it'll take some time.
But once again, kudos on the art direction and overall seems like there's plenty of good stuff to see and do. I'll have more thoughts later. Interesting and positive changes to PvP as well. I think it could make death match and capture the flag pretty cool.
FYI: As always, there are some known issues. Best worth checking them out HERE.

It'll be awhile before I ever get to see this new content (I'm only level 5) but I will say I *LOVE* the update to the engine! I thought they were bringing the DDO build up to parity with the LOTRO build but they one-upped it with the new code improving the hitching and the overall rendering performance.
